Saturday July 25 10AM - 3PM

A few helpful notes for the day:

• This is an outdoor event set on the farm.

• Vendors are asked to bring their own tent, tables, and display setup.

• Set-Up is available July 24 (3PM-8PM) or July 25 (730AM-9:30AM).

• We kindly ask that all vendors are fully set up by 9:30AM on event day.

• Tear-down begins at 3PM once the event has wrapped up.

• To create the best experience for guests, we ask that booths remain set up for the full event.

Terms and Shared Expectations

To help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all vendors agree to the following:

• I will bring my own tent, table and any set up materials needed

• I will be fully set up by 9:30AM and remain open for the duration of the event

• I understand I am responsible for any applicable sales taxes

• I will cary my own liability insurance for the event

• I understand that Little Bloom Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items

• I will keep my booth space clean and help support a positive welcoming environment

• I will manage my own waste and help us keep Bloomfest eco-friendly
